The Small Rural Communities in action – ProActive Rural project – will come to an end by July 29th, 2022. The plan was to involve small communities in this project and to give them a chance to carry out a project that is important to them.
Over the last one and a half year, those six small communities involved in the project attended a series of training, where KÖFE (Association of Community Developers) provided them with professional and practical knowledge that they could use to develop their communities. During the meetings, each team developed a project of their own, which they implemented before the end of the programme, and for which they received some financial support.
The six teams will present their projects on Friday, the 29th, highlighting their own achievements and letting us know how they benefited from this project. The closing event will be attended by the representatives of the implementing organisations. Also Melinda Nemes from the INSERT Association, Rozália Csáki and Beáta Tófalvi from the Odorheiu Secuiesc Community Foundation and Aranka Molnár from the Community Developers Association will be part of the board.
We are pleased to note that by the end of this project six small communities made a great progress. We wish them a continued successful work!
