The program supported by Erasmus+ and the EU is basically a training in everything connected to entrepreneurship starting from financial planning and launching a new business to marketing.
The training aims to help young people aged 18-29 who would like to start their own business. Through developing entrepreneurial skills and acquiring practical knowledge these young people will be encouraged to start their own business.
The training consists of 5 theoretical modules held by experts of every field on part, a special emphasis will be given to practical training. Students will learn about the functioning of local commercial and social institutions.
The training program covers
5 main areas starting from basic knowledge about entrepreneurship (module 1), continuing with developing certain ideas and use of creativity techniques (module 2), along with marketing concepts and the application of various marketing techniques (module 3). Module 4 will consist of learning operations like obtaining financing resources, creating value in the eyes of costumers, and stimulating sales pitch for continuous improvement. The last module deals with problems connected to starting, sustaining and extending a new business.
This project is implemented in collaboration with partners from Croatia, Ireland, Germany, The United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, and Slovakia. The program is coordinated by the International Academy Berlin and YEPP, and supported by ERASMUS+.
